  • Brad’s approach is focused on providing a personalized service to each client, with a particular emphasis on the client’s needs.
  • Has a focus on Marriage and Couples Therapy.
  • He integrates various models of counselling that are commonly used in his field, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Mindfulness therapy And Gottman Couples Therapy

Experience

  • Brad has worked with a wide range of people, including adolescents, families, and couples. He is passionate about helping them explore their concerns and develop effective strategies.
  • Brad Is A Member Of The Australian Counselling Association And Holds a Master of Counselling, Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Graduate Certificate of Counselling and Family Therapy.

  • Matt’s approach to improving physical health focuses on creating and maintaining healthy routines, ensuring clients continue to experience improved fitness and physical health well into their future. 
  • Matt works with clients of all fitness levels, and has a passion for establishing strong foundations of movement and physical abilities, building strength and fitness that goes beyond the gym and benefits his client’s everyday lives.

Experience

  • Over the last decade, Matt’s worked in multiple gyms in QLD, training client’s of all ages and abilities to achieve their fitness goals.
  • He’s also worked in the field of sports nutrition for several years, working with people on a lifestyle level to improve their physical health.  
  • Matt is a fully qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III, IV), Strength and Conditioning Coach (Level 1) and Sports Nutritionist.
